Weed Spraying

Six-metre spray boom, 400 litre tank on low-ground pressure tyres towed by a quad bike. This method is especially effective where access is difficult and not safe for tractors ie small areas such as horse paddocks, small paddocks and fields, rough grazing pastures, hard standing areas etc.

Weed Wiping

Contact 2000 Weedwiping System. Effective where instead of the chemical being sprayed directly onto the target crop a brush is set at a height, so that it "wipes" the tall weeds and no chemical is sprayed onto the grass below protecting small flowers and clover. This form of weed control is required by land managers with Environmentally Sensitive Areas, Sites of Special Scientific Interest and other environmental schemes.
